Zelle and Maureen open spaces where organizations and individuals can find connection, meaning, and practical purpose in order to better balance people and profits, both being integral in the health of the organization and the community it resides within.
Maureen and Zelle live in Flat Rock, North Carolina, USA which is near Asheville in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. They have a daughter, Kate, and son, Kerrigan who are truly two of their favorite people. All four of them are currently making a short film documentary on the fascinating story of their 150-year-old, pre-civil war, stone house.

They have worked with such companies as BP, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, The World Relief Organization, BP (British Petroleum),SAS (Computer Software), Fast Company Magazine, Shell Oil, University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Ford Motor Company, Under One Sky (Non-profit organization) and the U.K. Government Sector.

Maureen and Zelle have the ability to draw from a deep tool chest as well as the knowledge and collaboration of experienced facilitators and business professionals around the globe.
Maureen K. Zelle Nelson is a facilitator, international management consultant, coach and author. Zelle’s ability to hold space for others helps businesses to create conversational spaces that inspire, as well as physical spaces where organizations flourish - both kinds of spaces are places where we can accomplish our best work. Maureen and Zelle are gifted communicators of foundational thoughts, feelings, and ideas. They are able to combine visual, verbal, and spiritual expressions into beautiful, clear, living translations of core concepts and ideas. When they communicate, people get it, at the center of who they are. Maureen and Zelle are experienced Open Space and World Café facilitators and use these extensively in their work to access large scale change in a very short time span. Maureen and Zelle’s life calling has led them to work with corporations, organizations, and individuals across the US, Canada and Europe to create more inspiring work environments. They attain this by working within the scope of an individual’s whole life rather than purely work life. Maureen and Zelle inspire everyone they comes into contact with because they truly live what they believe. Maureen and Zelle are in the process of co-authoring the book The State of Grace Document which outlines a new way to create foundations of trust and connection in both business and personal relationships. The State of Grace Document concept is currently being used on many continents within corporations, families, colleagues, schools, non-profit organizations, churches, small business owners, couples, friends, etc. You’ll find that it applies to any relationship situation that exists because the creation of the Document builds a strong foundation and then also helps you return to peace if the need arises.
